By using AI Citation Checker (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What we provide
AI Citation Checker is a free analysis tool that grades content for citation likelihood by AI search engines. We provide it as-is, without warranty, and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content you don't have rights to analyze
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
- Attempt to overwhelm the Service through automated requests or bots beyond reasonable rate limits
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service's analysis logic
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of generating your score and results page. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
Results pages
Results pages are publicly accessible by URL. By submitting content, you accept that the resulting score and analysis may be viewed by anyone with the URL. Do not submit confidential or proprietary content you don't want made public.
Accuracy disclaimer
AI Citation Checker provides estimates of citation likelihood based on heuristic analysis. We cannot guarantee that any score corresponds to actual AI citation behavior, and AI search engines may use different or additional signals not measured by our rubric. Use results as guidance, not as a guarantee of outcomes.
Advertising
AI Citation Checker is funded by display advertising. Ad content is provided by third-party networks and does not represent our endorsement of advertised products or services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Citation Checker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
